Our last tournament of May was the IBC/Nations FL Station Championship in Bradenton, Florida. It was fun to be small town environment, everyone made us feel so welcome! The tournament Director Dave even took the crew out to dinner. The "lovebugs" were out in full fource, but that didnt, stop the kids from coming out and having a blast.
All day the Disney XD booth was flocked with players. Sam even threw the ball though the XD hole eight times in a row, which drew more kids to the booth to cheer him on. All the players and parents were interested in the new Disney show, Zeke and Luther, and were all excited for its premiere! The Louisville Slugger booth was packed with both kids and parents looking to try out the new bats that came out this season. Many were even rented out for the games! Across from the Lousiville Slugger booth was the Tops Attax tent, where the kids lined up to challenge Alex, who was undefeated, to a game.
Bradenton was a great tour stop! The Reds spring training and many others are all close by, which makes this a great baseball town.
Our next stop is Miramar, Florida, be sure to check it out at baseballyouth.com!
